When you send a trip inquiry, Catapult Travels collects your name, contact details, travel preferences, and any additional information you choose to share. We use these details to respond to your request and discuss travel planning with you.

How your inquiry is handled

Your inquiry is stored in a private inbox accessible to Catapult Travels. Hosting and email providers may process it to help us store and deliver your request. Please do not include passport numbers, payment details, or sensitive medical information in this form.

Cookies and site storage

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A necessary session cookie is used for the private operator inbox. Your browser remembers whether the homepage introduction has played in the current tab session, so it plays once per session when you first open the homepage. The public trip form keeps answers in the page while you complete it; it does not save them to browser storage.

Questions or deletion requests

To ask about your information or request its deletion, email ceo@catapulttravels.com. Information is retained while needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting travel arrangements, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
